Features PSHT DUNIA
The Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood, abbreviated as PSHT or also known as SH Terate, is a silat college that is oriented towards teaching nobility and uses pencak silat as a lesson at the first level.
PSHT prioritizes brotherhood among its members (commonly called citizens).
Pencak Silat was chosen as the first level lesson because apart from pencak silat being the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation, the teachings of pencak silat also contain the following elements: (1).
Brotherhood; (2).
Sport; (3).
Self-defense; (4).
Cultural arts, and (5).
Spirituality/SH-ness (noble teachings). In Indonesian martial arts, PSHT was one of ten silat schools that helped establish the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) at the pencak silat congress on May 28, 1948 in Surakarta.
Since its establishment until now, PSHT has never been absent from any IPSI activities.PSHT is open in accepting members.
Every citizen can become a member regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, skin color, gender, class, and age.
This membership is even open to other nations.
This is in accordance with the motto of the Indonesian nation which is contained in the national symbol "Unity in Diversity" which has different meanings but still one.
PSHT is not affiliated with any political party.Pencak silat is now known throughout the world.
Therefore PSHT continues to adapt to the demands of change so that the development of pencak silat teachings can be carried out in a better way without having to lose PSHTs distinctive identity.
One of them is developing organizational systems that are able to optimize the potential of citizens for the advancement of PSHT.feature:1.
